Check on the Children
In our opening chatter we talk about what's been happening since we last recorded. What’s on Our Timeline? Child welfare. Abuse doesn’t take a break for the holidays. This week we are joined by guest Tabitha Hendricks as we discuss keeping kids safe from abuse during the holidays. For Let’s Talk Through It we have letters from two of our friends. Our one friend has a cousin that she believes is abusing her son by making him do adult chores and depriving him of food. Our other friend is concerned about her roommate’s daughter and doesn’t want to go home for the holidays for fear that something bad may happen to the little girl.
